The best Pokemon Trainers in Poland came to Opole

For a few days, the world has gone crazy about the game Pokemon Go. More and more people install it on their mobile phones in order to be able to go on the streets of the their towns and search for Pokemons as well as get to meet other players. Pokemon mania has come also to Opole (Poland), where our company has eployed four professional Pokemon Trainers whose task, during their three days job, was to catch the biggest number of the most cult figures of Pokemon Go.

Employ Pokemon Trainer

As the job agency from Opole, we received an order to employ four professional Pokemon Trainers who, during three days of July – the 21st, 22nd and 23rd – were catching Pokemons in order to conduct the marketing research. This atypical project began with a typical recruitment procedure, during which candidates applied for the position sending their CVs or application letters via Internet.

When we took a decision to conduct the recruitment process and the whole action, we did not expect such a huge amount of responses from the candidates, among whom there were people from the whole country of Poland. We were increadibly surprised to see that our “job offer” reached also the European cuntries – we received many applications from the candidates from many European cities. Applicants, in order to get the dream job, were sending the amazingly creative CVs and application letters that amazed us with their quality and form. Among them, we selected the most original and unique ones.

Early morning, on the 21st of July, the chosen candidates gathered in the registered office of our company in Opole, where they could get to know each other, share experiences and drink a delicious coffee. Full of enthusiasm, provided with mobile phones, Power Banks and dressed in the professional Pokemon Trainers uniforms, they went on the streets of Opole to start their job.

The employees

Our new and original workers attracted the attentions of the passers-by and other Pokemon Go! players. They met hundreds of players with whom they arranged for a common game during the next dwo days of the action – 22nd

and 23rd of July.
Pokemon Trainers provided with the full baskets of delicious red apples which played the roles of pokeballs, attracted the other players having a great fun. Trainers, during the break at work, were given a dinner at a restaurant “7rano,” where the workers of Weegree have tasty dinners everyday.

Professionals in training Pokemons spent

Thursday in an active way and in the spirit of healthy competition. Their huge engagement encouraged us to organize a competition for them. On Saturday, the last day of an action, we rewarded two trainers – we gave the rewards in two categories – for the biggest amount of caught Pokemons and for catching the strongest Pokemon.

We, as well as our professional trainers spent that time in a nice atmosphere. For us, the organisation of such an original action as hiring professional Pokemon Trainers was not a common one.
Nevertheless, we are the company that takes on the new challenges and willingly participates in the new trends. For trainers, on the other hand, the job turned to be a great fun and unforgettable holiday adventure, since as they admitted, they got the “job of their dreams” in reality.
