We have been in the HR sector for many years. Thus, we can perceive ourselves as a competent company which can share its experience with other entities. The subject matter of our trainings embraces two issues – organization and work time management, as well as customer service and telemarketing:
- Organization and work time management – our coaches indicate most common mistakes and teach how to manage time properly and organize passing hours wisely. Furthermore, the training poses a chance to consult one’s observations with practitioners who are at participants’ disposal.
- Customer service and telemarketing – coaches clarify each aspect of a phone call and demonstrate most frequent mistakes. Besides, they provide advice referring to how to encourage an interlocutor to keep in touch with a given company. What is more, participants get acquainted with particular techniques of conversations and methods of reactions in the case of interlocutor’s objections.
